Project schedules may be affected by circumstances including adverse weather, material availability, supply-chain disruption, variations requested by the client, site access restrictions, planning or regulatory processes, utility provider delays, third-party contractors, unforeseen site conditions and events outside our reasonable control.
We will seek to communicate material changes to the anticipated project schedule where reasonably practicable.
10. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the project and for cooperating with reasonable project requirements.
Where applicable, the client must provide appropriate access to the project site and disclose known hazards, restrictions or conditions that may affect the work.
Responsibility for obtaining planning permissions, building control approvals, landlord approvals, wayleaves or other permissions will be allocated in the project-specific agreement. Clients should not assume that Reliance Contracting UK LTD is responsible for obtaining an approval unless this is expressly included within the agreed scope.
11. Planning Permissions and Regulatory Approvals
